No live caption option on iPad

Why is there no Live Caption option on my IPad Pro Gen 4 OS 26.6?

I’ve done the latest update. I go to accessibility, down to hearing and the option isn’t there.

Are you in a region where live caption is available? It is not avaliable in all regions unfortunately.

Yes because it’s working on my daughters iPad.

The actual option/tab, whatever it’s called, to swipe and turn them on is missing from my settings.
