Karnataka looks the closest within India to having an age ban enforced, though that’s based on a quick read of a non-authoritative source.
If your iPhone is not set to Singapore, your Apple Account is not set to Singapore, no VPNs are in use, and you’re not in Karnataka, contact Apple Support and ask them to look into this.

India is currently also requiring Age verification now per their Digital Personal Data Protection Act, so it looks like you are being asked to verify age based on Indian law, not Singapore law.

Yes everything is alright, my region and all the solutions you mentioned are accordingly selected by me, but the problem still presists it still ask me for the age verification as per the singapore policy but i dont belong to that country, i belong to india and here the age verification policy are different.
