How can I access an Apple support ticket history?

You can check your recent Apple support cases at My Support by signing in with the same Apple Account you used when you contacted Apple:


My Support - Official Apple Support


Apple says My Support shows current information about your tech support cases, repairs, and reservations.


If a particular case isn’t listed there, I’d contact Apple Support and give them the case number from the email or message you received when the case was opened.
