Getting an 'access denied' message when signing into Apple Support Community

Does anyone know why, when I try to sign into Apple Support Community, I get an "access denied" message?

If this particular HTTP 403 “forbidden” response is involving a link somewhere within the Apple Community discussions, try accessing a different discussions-related link, such as the discussions-related sitemap:

See if accessing that sitemap works. (Technically, whether the request returns an HTTP 200 or other HTTP 2xx-related status.)

Parts of the Apple Community discussions are not accessible or not generally accessible, and that for any of various reasons.

If the HTTP 403 is arising on another website elsewhere, disable any add-on ad-blockers and browser extensions and remove any added VPN or security apps and test again, and also check that the website address is intended to be accessible (by you), and then contact and report the HTTP 403 to the website maintainers.
