This issue appears to be specific to the device settings or the way audio is being routed rather than a general camera problem.

One possibility is that the iPhone is automatically connecting to a nearby Bluetooth audio device (such as AirPods, a car system, a speaker, or another accessory). In that situation, the video recording may continue normally, but the audio input/output may be redirected, making it appear as if the device audio is disconnected during video recording.

To isolate the cause, try testing the device in an environment where there are no Bluetooth accessories nearby. Turn off Bluetooth temporarily or move away from all paired Bluetooth devices, then record a video again. If the issue does not occur in that situation, it indicates that an external Bluetooth device or its connection settings are likely causing the problem.

You can also check Settings → Bluetooth to see which devices are connected and remove or disconnect any unnecessary accessories. 

You may try some of these steps. Please check after each step...

4. Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your iPhone, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

5. If you're using a VPN, disable it and check if the error goes away. Go to Settings > General > VPN & Device Management and turn off any active VPNs. Disabling a VPN only from the iPhone settings may not completely turn it off. Only then is the VPN truly off, which can help if it’s causing issues with cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity.
6. Reset Network Settings: Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings: Only network settings are removed.

   4. Reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
