How can I limit a search in Apple Books to those items already in my library?

The search function in Apple Books now lists dozens of titles which are *not* in my library. I used to be able to limit the search to titles that *are* in my library, but no longer find a way to do that. How can I limit a search in Apple Books to those items *already in my library*?

I am using iPadOS 26.6 on an iPad Pro 2020.

You can't limit the search specifically to your library.

If your search criteria matches some of the books in your library, you will see a "In My Library" banner at the top of the results list (see below). Tap it to see all books matching the criteria.

If your search criteria does not find a match in your library, you won't see this banner at all.
