My Apple Pencil dropped on the floor and the tip broke off. Part of it is stuck in the pencil so I can’t put a new tip on. How do I remove that little piece that needs to be unscrewed off when it can’t be gripped?

Using sharp implements in an attempt to remove a broken Pencil Tip from an Apple Pencil is a bad idea.
Instead, you would be best advised to visit the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP) - where the technicians will be able to assist with removing the broken tip:

If I see this picture, it Is worse then I imagined. I thought that it was a little bit stuck, that you should be able to get it with a set of tweezers or zo. But if I see this, I should agree with lotus pilot that the Genius Bar is the only suitable option
I went to the Genius Bar with a pencil that worked with the broken tip taped on. They removed the stuck piece but they damaged the pen and it no longer works at all!!! I wish I’d left it alone and kept with the tape 😡
I’ve tried this…good idea. But I can’t get anything to stay in the plastic to be able to turn it.
