Hello, I have today received my new Apple Watch 11. I currently have another Apple Watch and want to stop using this one and transfer all my data to my new one. I think I have set it up but cannot see my history of Activities. Do I need to delete my old iPhone?.

Try this
Keep them close: Place your iPhone and Apple Watch Series 11 next to each other, connect both to their chargers, and ensure your iPhone is on Wi-Fi.
Check iCloud settings:
Restart both devices: Force-close the Fitness and Health apps on your iPhone. Then, restart both your iPhone and your new Apple Watch to force a fresh sync.
Unpair your old Apple Watch: If you haven’t done this yet, open the Watch app on your iPhone, tap All Watches, tap the 'i' icon next to your old watch, and select Unpair Apple Watch. This automatically creates a final backup of that watch onto your iPhone.
