Neo cannot print to wireless HP printer

You need to delete and add the printer to your Neo using AirPrint/Bonjour and not use any of the HP drivers. AirPrint is the same way your iPhone works with your HP printer and no drivers are required.

I have an HP printer now and several others before and have to say that HP is the least user friendly manufacturer when it comes to set up. Once you get it set up, you are fine though. The HP Smart app (I believe they recently changed it to just the HP App) is usually only helpful for getting the printer connected to Wifi, which should not be needed with it already being used by your iPhone, but you can try using it on your Neo as long as you don't continue with the HP Driver installation for HP to manage the printing.

What is the model name/number of the HP printer? Older printers may not have driver support for new macOS versions.
