Under Safari > Safari Extensions, all extensions are grayed out and I’m unable to flip them on. My Content Restrictions are turned off - I tried toggling them on, checking that everything was disabled, then disabling them again, but that didn’t work either. Also, my phone is not signed in under any organization or third party management, no vpn either.
Sometimes, even when screen time restrictions are turned off. this particular one is on. Look for that Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > App Store, Media, Web, & Games > Web Content and explicitly change it to Unrestricted Access.
