USB-C accessories are draining iPhone battery and causing charging issues

I found “USB-C Accessories” in my battery usage and uses a lot of battery. When that happend my Usb-c cord and block that came with the phone doesnt even charge now. The only solution for to charge is to power off the phone and plug it there. Is there any solutions to this?
