how to fix Instagram subscription issue for iPhone users

hi good afternoon I have  been having an issue with my management of my creator subscriptions and Instagram where I have not been able to manage them when I press subscribed on the creators front page and the main reason the issue is because I wanna be able to join the creators chat for the main reason which I’ve joined these subscriptions and everytime I press subscribe it says “unable to load subscription price. Please  again later.” and this situation is gonna be very frustrating. I’ve done everything for deleting the app to try to look for an update for the app to unloading it to clear cache! I have attached a friends screen using the iPhone as well who also has a subscription thank God because the creators uploaded a link to a story to join or put it on their main page to join but next time I might not happen so please if anyone could know how to help me would be much appreciated
