exporting iTunes to the cloud
I need to know how to move iTunes to the cloud, as explained to a fifth grader.
Depends on what you are looking to accomplish exactly and whether or not you are subscribed to Apple Music or iTunes Match.
If you are subscribed to Apple Music or iTunes Match you can simply turn on the Sync Library option in the Music App's Music Menu ➜ Settings ➜ General ➜ Library.

While you can copy actual tracks to iCloud Drive, they will not directly be accessible to the Apple Music app on other devices in any way and you cannot then add them to the Apple Music app on iPhone or iPad.
You can download them from the iCloud Drive to another Mac or PC and import them into the Apple Music app there, but not sure if this is what you are aiming for.
