Logic Pro X -> Needs to remove Markers

Coming from a pro that uses logic pro x. 10,000+ hours.

this is an absolute truth btw. ⬇️

MARKER overlaps with the cycle range tool. Cycle is ALL anyone wants or needs for that bar. Always trying to just use cycle FAST and efficiently as a heavy writer its an all day tool.... and then marker intrudes constantly. there is no way to shut marker off, but there needs to be. many people will have spent a fair chunk of time in life just removing markers.

The smart producer uses an empty instrument track. An empty midi box as structure markers. Midi boxes are already what people have more time dragging and duplicating with key commands anyways.

LPX is the best daw in the game otherwise, thanks.

FWIW, these Apple Support Community forums are peer-to-peer support forums. You are not speaking to Apple here, only other users, and we understand Apple don’t actively participate here.

You can leave Logic Pro feedback directly to Apple or submit a request for features consideration using this link: Feedback - Logic Pro - Apple

Edit - Are you using an older version of Logic Pro? The current is 12.3.1 and I don't see the markers overlapping the cycle bar as you describe. In fact, the two aren't even on the same plane, with the marker bar sitting below the cycle bar.

I don't know what you are complaining about. In my Logic version Marker and Cycle don't overlap at all. And I've never heard something similar in the past. Can you post a picture and provide information about your set-up?

Have you checked your keyboard shortcuts to see if a wrong command was accidentally assigned there?

Awwww. poor guy. maybe time to Fess up. you aint a pro. you don't do use the DAW as much as the top level producers. I am on the latest version I just say LPX cause it was on X for a LONG TIME huh booo boo bear.

Let me help you out. Because this IS NOT the first time markers have been brought up on the internet. its a KNOWN issue.

Let me help you. this is what happens -> when a pro producer is quickly switching around his cycle ranges cause its maybe one of the top 8 tools he is quickly using. he is dragging the cycle range ON and DOWN to click something else and it drags a marker into the session constantly and USELESSLY. if you picked up your daw more than once a month you would know this rookie boy ben. good luck.
