Impossible d'importer des photos ** Lumix G9 sur MacBook

Depuis quelques temps, il est impossible d'importer les photos de mon lumix g9 sur mon MacBook.
pourriez-vous m'aider si vous avez eu ce type de problème.

What methods have you tried? If your Mac has a card reader, have your tried removing the camera card and user the included app Image Capture to view and download the images?
If your Mac does not have a card reader, attached the camera with its cable to the mac. Image Catrue works either way.
