Do Not Disturb is shown on the lok screen each time I turn on the iPhone 17. This started about a month ago. Each time I have to turn it off. I don't use Do Not Disturb at all and want it no longer automatically turned on at iPhone bootup.

You likely have some Focus setting enabled. See this to learn more about Focus Settings on iPhone --> Set up a Focus on iPhone - Apple Support
OK. Try a Force Restart --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
Do you have any other Apple Devices, like Apple Watch, iPad, Mac, etc., which could have a Focus Setting enabled. If you share across devices, a setting on one device will share with all devices signed into the same Apple Account.
Are you by any chance accidentally engaging the Action Button, the top left button on the left side of your iPhone? Of you don't need to mute your phone much, you might want to change the Action Button to No Action if by chance you're accidentally engaging it. You can do that in Settings > Action Button.
If that's not a possibility, you should next contact Apple Support. If you're in the US, you can call Apple at: 800-MY-APPLE
Forced restart didn't help.
Also in the Do Not Disturb focus "Share Across Devices" is turned off.
No Focus setting set on iPad or Watch and when booting iPad and watch the Do Not Disturb does not appear. Focus has not been touched on iPad or Watch.
I see no settings enabled. I have never set anything in Focus.
Do Not Disturb automatically turned on at bootup of iPhone. Don't want this.
