Child's iPhone Screen Time data and App Limits not syncing

Hello, I am Adele’s mother and I am the Family Organizer and Parent/Guardian for her Apple Account. Adele is 9 years old, not 16.

I am having a problem with Family Sharing and Screen Time.

Adele’s account is correctly set up as a child account in my Family Sharing. Under her Family profile it says “Parents/Guardians: Gintare (You)” and “Screen Time: Usage and parental controls.” I also have “Manage Screen Time” enabled.

The problem is that Screen Time information is not syncing correctly between Adele’s iPhone and my iPhone.

On Adele’s iPhone, Screen Time works normally. If I open Settings → Screen Time → See All App & Website Activity, I can see her Daily Average and the complete list of individual apps, including the exact time spent in apps such as TikTok, Facebook, etc.

However, on my iPhone, when I go to Settings → Screen Time → Adele → See All App & Website Activity, I do not get the same information. I only see the grey message:

“As this device is used, Screen Time will be reported here.”

My view also shows only some categories/limited information instead of the complete list of apps that is visible on Adele’s iPhone.

I also tested the parental controls. I set a 1-minute App Limit for apps from my iPhone, but the limit did not appear or take effect on Adele’s iPhone.

Both iPhones are running iOS 26.6.1.

We have checked the Apple Account, Family Sharing, Screen Time, and parental control settings. Adele is correctly listed as my child and I am correctly listed as her parent/guardian.

Location Sharing is now working correctly as well, but Screen Time usage and parental-control changes are still not synchronizing correctly.

I am Adele’s mother and the Family Organizer/Parent. Adele is 9 years old. Please do not treat her account as a 16-year-old account.

Could you please check why Adele’s Screen Time data is not syncing correctly to my parent/organizer iPhone and why App Limits set by me are not being applied to her device?

I do not want to remove Adele from Family Sharing or delete/sign out of her Apple Account. I would like to fix the existing Family Screen Time connection.
