Not Loading WebGL in Safari on MacBook

I am using a MacBook Air M2 2023 running OS Tahoe 26.6.2. I am having issues with Web GL in Safari. Examples: I can't load radar map on the Weather website, and I can't load my account page on Spectrum's website.

This has been an issue since the past couple of updates (so for the past couple of months). I can access these websites with no problem on a different browser.

No extensions, or security apps, or VPN apps. I have emptied caches and data. Weather is still telling me it failed to initialize WebGL, and I get the infinitely spinning wheel from Spectrum's website. Both of these work perfectly on DuckDuckGo.

If you’re referencing the weather channel website, that site is tripping over my ad blocker. With that blocker disabled, it renders with all the clutter.

Safari > Settings > Feature Flags > Reset to Defaults

If that fails, please download and run EtreCheck (the free version, don’t need the paid version here), and share the results to the clipboard. Then open a new reply here, and press the Additional Text button (the button that looks like a printed page), and paste and post the hardware and software configuration report here. From that, we can get a little more detail about what is installed and what is running here.
