Safari text size too small on iPhone 17 Pro

I have a new iPhone 17 Pro. The text in Safari is too small to read. Using Display & Brightness, I adjusted the text size, but this made the text enormous in all apps EXCEPT Safari.

How do I increase the font size in Safari from 1 to a size that is readable?

Thank you in advance.

To quickly increase text size on Safari for your iPhone, tap the aA icon on the left side of the address bar at the bottom of the screen, then tap the larger A until the text reaches your preferred size. You may have to tap the thing that looks like a screen on the left side of the address bar to reveal the aA icon.
