New Piano Roll Appearance is bad.

I made two images showing what Logic's Piano Roll looks like now.

It seems that all previous versions' settings for the Piano Roll's appearance are gone now and we now get one option for the Piano Roll's appearance: "Bright Background ON/OFF", instead of being able to change the lightness/darkness of it.

Look at the Piano Roll here. There is no contrast at all for the black and white keys.

Just notes on completely black background.

And with Bright background turned on, Regions have a completely white background with no shading for the black and white keys:

Can you please put the Appearance settings for the Piano Roll back?

Both of these appearances are really not even usable.

Maybe there are System Settings I can make on my Mac so my monitor displays the editor correctly?
It's a good 4K monitor.

I'm sorry but I can't help you with that. I use an MBP. You could see if anything here helps:

Displays settings on Mac - Apple Support

I suggest that you start a new thread in the Mac forum asking for help with the monitor settings. I think that will give you the best chance of getting help. You can put a link to this thread in that one if you like.
