My Apple Watch Series 10 has no sound on incoming calls.

Apple recommends checking the speaker for debris or water, restarting the Watch, making sure Silent Mode and Do Not Disturb are off, and checking Settings >> Sounds & Haptics

With watchOS 26, you can also turn off Automatically Adjust Volume and set the volume to Louder. (Apple Support)

During a call, the Digital Crown adjusts the call volume, and the call can also be routed to the Watch speaker, AirPods, or another Bluetooth device. (Apple Support)

For your Series 10, Apple specifically says the speaker ports can be gently cleaned with a soft-bristle brush

If water is present, allow it to evaporate naturally; do not  use compressed air, heat, sprays, or anything sharp. (Apple Support)

Apple: Change the audio and notification settings on Apple Watch
