How to adjust StandBy screen timeout and enable StandBy in portrait mode on iPhone 15 Plus?

How can I change the time it takes for my iPhone’s screen to turn black when it's on StandBy? Also, is there a way to have the StandBy option available even when the iPhone isn't positioned horizontally? I have an iPhone 15 Plus, software is IOS 26.6.
