Apple ID and family sharing conflict

This is an apple sharing question so device independent. I setup an apple id several years ago at the company for a Macbook that I used at that company. I setup family sharing for my personal apple id under it so that I could transfer some material. I no longer work at that company and do not have any access to it. The apple id password is not working (locked) so I cannot reset it (nor access the email associated with it). Recently I setup family sharing under my personal appleid so that my spouse and I could share cloud storage and privileges. Unfortunately, I cannot share as, apparently, my personal account is still sharing with an obsolete Apple ID. How can I resolve this situation?
