Hover Text Froze My iPhone 15

It happened within the Settings >Hover Text dialog. This icon that looked like a black box appeared and I cannot do anything. I would love to disable Hover Text, but I cannot tap any button. I cannot even close the settings window.

I forced the phone to shutdown. I was able to start it, but there was that black icon and I was unable to enter my code .

So any ideas on fixing this will be appreciated.

I am willing to reset the phone. Just keep in mind that I cannot get past the startup window.

Tap the side button to wake Siri and ask Siri to turn off Hover Text. If that doesn't work, Force Restart your iPhone --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support
