This is what the 30W brick does, but it also can do others. It's worth a try to take a look at the product specifications on the product webpage in the apple store too.
Maybe, maybe not. We need to know the volts and amps also. Too high an amperage and your iPhone is damaged. Too low in amperage and it won’t charge or charge too slowly. If the volts are too high you can melt your iPhone.
