No animation in powerpoint since IOS 26
it's a pity since IOS 26 I could not use powerpoint presentation as animations do not start !
I did all what Microsoft advised but nothing works !
iPhone 17 Pro, iOS 26
PowerPoint animations failing on mobile iOS devices often stem from mobile rendering limitations, trigger settings ("On Click" vs. automatic), or local file corruption. Because standard fixes have failed, specific targeted troubleshooting steps can help isolate and resolve the playback failure.
Diagnostic Steps
- Test new files: Make a fresh presentation with one text box and a simple Fade effect to see if the mobile app renders basic effects.
- Check local storage: Download the file straight to your iPhone or iPad storage instead of running it live from OneDrive or iCloud.
