Dictation constantly misspells names and capitalizes all letters

Apple voice to text constantly misspells names and or capitalize every letter in a name rather than making it case sensitive

for instance, every time I speak the word, Kim it displays as Kym which is not the most common spelling

The voice to text understands the word but does not use the common spelling

I do have people in my phonebook with both names and both variance of spelling, but the one that I text every day is KIM
