Siri automatically pop up while using headphones on iPhone

siri - why does siri pop up without requesting any service while on headphones, its frustrating and annoying. its like I know what services you want and you dont know what you want !! thats arrogance

How does Siri pop up?
Where does Siri pop up?
Can you hear the typical “Siri sound” in your headphones, as if something had activated her?
On your iPhone screen, do you see the rainbow border when this happens?
Or is Siri giving you suggestions about things you might like to listen to, such as song recommendations for example.
If so, is it tied to an app, as far as you can see? Does it say Siri recommendation for Apple Music? (for example.)
