Mistakenly Deleted My apple Home now I cant add another one

Hey everyone, this is my first time in this community but I need help. I mistakenly deleted my home on my apple home due to the fact that I couldn't accept an invitation. Unfortunately when I went back to the app to add a new home. it displays a "Could not add home" message see picture below. I have been on the phone with apple support and done everything, from updating my phone, to signing out and restarting my phone. Nothing works if anyone or apple knows how to solve this I will appreciate it.
