How do I fix Udemy video playback issue on macOS Tahoe 26.6.2?

I cant play Udemy courses/videos after updating to Tahoe 26.6.2. All I get is this white screen. How do I fix this. Thank you!

Since this started right after the macOS update, I’d first check whether it’s Safari-specific rather than changing anything in macOS.


Try the same Udemy course in another browser. Udemy specifically recommends this for playback problems. If it works there, go back to Safari and temporarily disable Safari extensions, especially content blockers, then reload Udemy.


You can also try File > New Private Window in Safari. If the course works there, that would point more toward stored website data or an extension than Tahoe itself.


If it fails in multiple browsers, I’d use Udemy’s playback troubleshooting/support next, since the course player itself isn’t an Apple service.
