How to recycle old imacs

Apple will gladly accept your old iMacs for recycling but it’s your job to copy whatever you want to keep onto a storage device. Also make sure you properly prepare your old iMacs for recycling.

Then just drop them off at the Apple Store.

Perhaps contact an Authorized Apple Service Provider, & ask. They

might perform Services ~ to transfer your Mac's drive data content

to new external drive (for a Fee) & supply spare drive, or enclosure?)
