Issue with resuming Instagram Plus subscription after billing failed

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Instagram Plus subscription. My previous billing cycle failed to renew due to a payment issue, and my subscription was automatically canceled.

Now, when I try to renew or resubscribe, the Instagram app throws an error saying "Paid subscription is not available to you yet." However, my Apple ID region is set to Armenia, my payment method is valid, and I am using a stable connection.

It seems that the failed transaction locked my account status between Apple and Instagram. Could you please check my subscription status from your end and reset or clear this stuck pending/failed billing request so I can successfully resubscribe?

Thank you for your help.

I’d check Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions first and see what status Instagram Plus shows there. Also check your Apple purchase history for an unpaid or pending charge.

Apple can help if the failed renewal left an unpaid App Store transaction. Apple’s guidance for declined payments is here: If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

But the message “Paid subscription is not available to you yet” is coming from Instagram. If Apple shows no active, pending, or unpaid Instagram subscription, there probably isn’t anything Apple can “reset” on its side. At that point I’d contact Instagram support, since availability and eligibility for that subscription are controlled by Instagram.
