Why did my Apple giftcard got canselled? Is it by the bank or what?

If you mean an Apple Gift Card order was canceled before the card was issued, the reason could be the payment method, but only Apple or your bank can tell you which side declined it.
I’d first check the order or cancellation email for any explanation. If it says the payment was declined, contact your bank or card issuer. Apple says it doesn’t receive the reason a bank declines a payment.
If the payment went through but Apple still canceled the gift card order, contact Apple Support with the order number so they can check the order status.
