iCloud+ shows expiring on iPhone despite recent renewal and payment

Today my icloud account renewed and i received the payment notification.

In the meanwhile i received also a notification that my account will expire in 24 hours, and from my iphone if i go to settings i see under my profile that icloud+ wil end in 24h.

I checked the payment and the history of purchase and everything seems fine. I tried to check from my macbook if it says the same, but no, it shows that it will be renewed on the 27 of september.

I don't know what to do, i also tried to restart the phone, but nothing changed.

I don't want to lose my data on icloud

Since the payment went through and your Mac already shows the 2 TB plan renewing on September 27, I wouldn’t cancel, downgrade, or purchase the plan again.

The iPhone may simply not have updated the subscription status yet. I’d give it a little time and check Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > iCloud+ again later.

Your iCloud data wouldn’t suddenly be deleted just because the plan status changed. Apple says that if your storage exceeds a downgraded plan, syncing and iCloud backups stop until enough storage is available again.

If the iPhone still says the plan is expiring after 24 hours even though the Mac continues to show the September 27 renewal, I’d contact Apple Support and have them check the subscription status on the account.
