How do I recover a missing travel card (ICOCA) in Apple Wallet after topping up?

I added a new travel card (ICOCA) to my apple wallet via the built in apple wallet app, topped it up with a credit card. But due to a connection lost, the ICOCA did not show up in my wallet, but gor charged on my credit card.

Tried to look at the upper corner "+" button on apple wallet but the ICOCA card is not there. What should I do.

I wouldn’t try buying another ICOCA yet, since the first transaction may still be associated with a card that wasn’t fully added when the connection dropped.

First, make sure the iPhone has a stable internet connection, then open Wallet > + > Cards Found For You and see whether the ICOCA appears there. Apple says transit cards associated with your Apple Account can be offered there for re-adding.

If it still doesn’t appear, check whether the credit-card charge is still pending or has actually posted. If it has posted and there’s still no ICOCA available to recover, I’d contact Apple Support before attempting another purchase.

Please contact the support team with the issuer. When the internet connection was lost the session closed. The support team will need create a new session and add missing funds and virtual card. Good luck!
