Yes. In the Contacts app on your Mac, select the old doctor’s contact, then choose Card > Duplicate Card.
Open the duplicate, change the doctor’s name and any other details that are different, then click Done.
That’s probably the easiest way to keep the office address, phone number, and other shared information without re-entering it.

Unless you actually need 2 cards for the Dr.'s office, you could just edit the existing card to change the name.
There is no Duplicate Card function in Contacts. Maybe there was in some past version, but there is none now.
