Family Sharing Screen Time not showing both devices for one member

On Family Sharing on my iPhone 17, my son's MacBook Neo shows up under Screen Time but not his iPhone 15. He is signed in with correct Apple Account info on both devices and that is what shows up under his account info on my phone. He is able to toggle between the two devices under Screen Time on his iPhone. I want to be able to look at both devices. What do I need to do?

I’d check Share Across Devices on your son’s iPhone first. Go to Settings > Screen Time, scroll down, and make sure Share Across Devices is turned on. Apple says it needs to be enabled on each device you want included in Screen Time reports. Change Screen Time settings on Mac – Apple Support

Also make sure the iPhone, MacBook, and your iPhone are all updated. Apple specifically recommends current software so Screen Time settings sync correctly through Family Sharing. Use Screen Time to manage your child’s iPhone or iPad – Apple Support

Since your son can already see both devices from his iPhone, I wouldn’t remove him from Family Sharing or sign him out of his Apple Account yet.
