Hi,Good day.
I have one 14 years old iPad.I wish to transfer some videos from my Acer-Aspire3 15 ,win-11 laptop.I was suggested it can be done using iTunes in both devices.I tied to download latest iTunes executable program from Apple's official site.Could not succeed due to some iTunesLibrary.itl file.
Could some one suggest /guide how do I resolve my problem.

For Windows 11, you'll need to use the more recent Apple Devices App - as iTunes for Windows is not supported/usable with Windows 10 or Windows 11.

The above answer is incorrect. iTunes for windows is completely and perfectly usable on Windows 10 and 11. I know because I use it.
If you are having an issue with the library file, please tell us what that is. what error message you are getting if any.
You should be able to sync a 14 year old iPad with iTunes just fine. In fact Devices is likely to have issues with such an old device so I would not recommended at all for this.
What issue are you having when syncing?
