I am so disappointed, I have just upgraded my phone from Iphone 14 to 17pro hoping for a better AI interaction with Apple intelligence and Siri. There is no difference from the interaction I have had with Siri in the past. Is there anything I can do to improve my AI experience? I want to be able to ask a question without having an answer "I found this on the web".

Wait a few weeks for iOS 27, where Apple will be rolling out Siri AI --> Apple introduces Siri AI, a profoundly more capable and personal assistant - Apple
The good news is you now own an iPhone which will be capable of running Siri AI, which would not have been possible on your previous iPhone 14.
you can let them know using their feedback channels
Siri not up to scratch.
