Remove email from server option on MacBook Pro

That option depends on the type of email account.

If it’s a POP account, open Mail > Settings > Accounts, select the account, then look under Advanced for the setting to remove a copy from the server after retrieving a message.

If it’s an IMAP account (which most accounts use now), there isn’t a separate “remove from server after download” option. Your mailboxes are synchronized with the mail server, so deleting a message in Mail and emptying the Trash removes it from the server as well.

If you tell us who provides the email account (iCloud, Gmail, Outlook, your ISP, etc.), that would help narrow down which applies.
