Hi, what did the issuer say when you contacted them? Apple does not actively participate in the card provisioning process. Your bank and the Payment Network Operator ( Visa, MasterCard, American Express) have the ability to approve or decline your card for use with Apple Pay. If your card cannot be added, it’s because your bank or the PNO declined your request.
