Pages Writing Tools not showing up on my IPad Pro (6th generation), OS 26.6

Pages Writing Tools not showing up on my IPad Pro (6th generation), OS 26.6. I have Intelligence and Siri on. Why can’t I access Proofread, Rewrite, etc?

Your 6th-generation iPad Pro supports Writing Tools, so the model itself isn’t the issue.

In Pages, try selecting some typed text first. Writing Tools should then appear in the selection menu, or you can tap the Writing Tools button at the top-right of the onscreen keyboard. That’s where you should see Proofread, Rewrite, Friendly, Professional, and Concise.

If Writing Tools still doesn’t appear, I’d also check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Intelligence & Siri > Writing Tools and make sure it’s allowed.

Hello - thank you for your detailed response. I changed Screen Time and Content & Privacy Restrictions to ON. I already had Intelligence & Siri on.

I then force quit the iPad and opened up Pages. Still no change. The Writing Tools are greyed out.

I can use this function in Pages on my iMac but not on my iPad.

Any other thoughts would be appreciated.
