How to export a profiles files to a new profile?

How to export a profiles files to a new profile?

The iMac 2019 has played me up so many times and now Etrecheck shows no faults but my original Profile is corrupt for many files.

I created a new Profile but many files have only transferred as "ALIAS" files. How do I transfer the files as full files for example " .jpg, .docx, .etcetera files?

Then how can I delete the corrupt profile?
