Auto clicker not starting due to accessibility settings issue on Mac mini

With the limited information provided here, I would start looking at the Accessibility options in System Settings. Without knowing how the app works, it is hard to say which setting may need to be changed to allow the app to work. It is possible the app may even require the user to lower the Privacy & Security System Settings as well...be careful trusting third party software.

You should contact the developer of that app for support. Obviously it is not a well designed app if it does not inform you how to properly use & configure it. Plus we have no idea which auto clicker app you are using or the version of macOS being used....is it really macOS 13.4 as noted at the bottom left corner of your post in fine print? Is the app even compatible with the version of macOS you are using?

I seem to recall you had issues with an auto clicker app previously. Is the game really worth it if it requires all this work? Besides, these types of apps are not easy to create on macOS these days due to all of the changes due to protecting privacy & increasing security.
