Wallet app not letting me verify my card.
I have put the card info into the app and also recieved the verifocetion code by phone, however, whenever I click the ‘Enter Code’ button nothing pops up to actually put the code in. I’ve also tried restarting the phone and force closing the app. Any tips?
Hi, do you use a VPN, ever had VPN software or antivirus software on your iPhone? If so, the software and profile must be deleted. The profile can be found at this path,
iPhone > Settings > General > VPN & Device Management > VPN > delete all profiles and restart iPhone after deleting VPN and/or antivirus software.
Then reset your Network settings at this path,
iPhone > Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings > restart device and try adding card again
