How do I remove a blue text box with a red frame around it on iPhone 11 Pro Max?

In my iPhone 11 ProMax running iOS VERSION 26.6.1, I am experiencing a new”feature” that I am not wanting. There is a small, rectangular blue box bordered with a red frame around it. When I enter text to write a communication, the text shows up inside this box as well as on the note itself. I can’t seem to get ride of this irritating little box. Can someone out there that can help me please?

It’s a feature called Hover Typing. To turn it on or off –

1. Go to settings

2. Select Accessibility

3. Select Keyboards & Typing

4. Select Hover Typing

5. Turn it on or off in here
