Why have you not made it so a macbook/ipad/iphone can work without ever being charged and still run seamlessly

This a user-to-user forum. You are not speaking to Apple.
As for running a MacBook / iPad / iPhone on the go, without. a requirement for it to ever be charged, that would require something like
- An extremely long-lived battery based on a radioactive power source (such as plutonium) – such as batteries used, or proposed for use in, some spacecraft. Even if you could fit a phone with such a device, you wouldn't want to carry around a radioactive power source like that so close to your person.
- A solar power panel much larger than the MacBook, iPad, or iPhone itself. Solar-powered calculators that have small, cheap, LCD screens can get away without batteries because their power needs are orders of magnitude smaller than that of any MacBook, iPhone, or iPad. And even those calculators may "cut out" when there is any shade over their small solar panels.
