No, unfortunately backups must occur before catastrophes strike.
When you have your new iPhone, consider setting up automatic daily backups to iCloud for $1 a month for 50 GB of storage space. A 200 GB plan would run $2.99 a month.
That way, you will always have an up to date copy of all of your data stored in case of an accident.
If you don’t have ANY backup then the answer is no. You might consider spending 99¢ a month for 50 GB of iCloud, which is enough for almost any backup. You could also have backed up to your computer.
However, contacts, calendars, notes and email are synced to your email account(s) and you will be able to resync those, and also any apps that store data on the app provider’s server.
