I've bought an iphone at a flea market that's been locked with an account. Since I can't do anything with it other than just having it, theres is no shot of anything to remove the activation lock. or is there?

No, there's literally nothing you can do with that phone. If you can't get your money back, recycle it as it's utterly useless to you. Apple will NOT help you unlock the phone in any way. And we can't help you either.

Activation Lock prevents anyone who is not the owner from using this iPhone.
Whoever sold you the phone was not the owner. The iPhone was very likely stolen.

Perhaps you could use the device as a paperweight. If not, drop it off at the recycle center.
