Video auto pause after ~4s played. Tiktok, facebook reel play 3-4s then stop 3-5s and repeat again continuos. Action taken:

I do not found Sound and name recognition. I am found name and picture and all was disabled. This situatation happend both on wifi network (i tried many diff network), cellular network (5G). And even through wifi hotspot from other iphone.
I do not use safari. No antivirus, no cleaner, no vpn space 140/256GB. Restart several time and still same symtomps
Safari or any other browser like opera, brave, cococ are same behavior
The problem isnt solved yet. Hope can het solution soon.
Did Settings > Accessibility > Sound & Name Recognition (either, both) possibly get enabled?
Does this happen with only one (Wi-Fi?) network, or same playback pauses regardless of network?
